Finalizing Our Purple Room Rules!

Continuing with what we started last week in the Purple Room, we finalized our list of Purple Room Rules this week! Each Purple Roomer helped Ms. Carly and Ms. Amy remember the rules we came up with last week, so we could hang them up in our classroom. Having a visual reminder helps our friends remember all of the rules we came up with as a class/team. Then, we talked about how sometimes grown-ups sign their names on pieces of paper when they are agreeing to follow the rules. So, each Purple Roomer signed our rule list, to take ownership of the rules we made as a classroom and agreed to follow. We are so proud of them!

Question of the Day

Today's question of the day was a little different! The question was... Can you find your orange letter pumpkin up on the board? Purple Roomers had the challenge of finding the pumpkin on the board with the first letter of their name! We then counted with Ms. Carly how many Purple Room friends signed in this morning.

Sharing An All About Me Book

Another friends was invited to share their All About Me book today! Laura read her book to us with Ms. Amy. Then, friends raised their hands to ask her questions and share some things they have in common! We noticed that a lot of friends love going to the beach, just like Laura!
